Maluhia Country Ranches offers 2 plus acres, with luxury homes. Currently, there are a couple of homes for sale if you’re looking for a Wailuku Estate Homes. Another popular neighborhood is Sandhills, pretty new community in a gated neighborhood. Wailuku Heights is an older community, but it offers some amazing ocean views. You also have an afternoon cloud cover to keep your home cool in the hot summer days.
