2. Wailea Ekahi Village

   

It is a popular destination with island visitors and buyers looking for Wailea condos for sale. Wailea Ekahi is known for its spacious, direct oceanfront footage, tropical landscaping, private beach access, and multiple pools. Located on Keawakapu Beach, it is a perfect choice for those who want to enjoy Maui’s beautiful beaches.

Elua oceanfront condos offer a true island getaway experience.  I love the location, beautiful beach setting, and easy access to walking on the boardwalk to visit some of Maui’s finest hotels.  The Andaz Hotel is next door, so you can stop by for a sunset dinner or a trip to the spa.

You are also within walking distance to The Shops at Wailea for shopping and dining. These condos are perfect for those looking for a beachfront condo lifestyle in Wailea, Maui. What I like about these older oceanfront condos is that when they were built in the early 80s, they developed these projects with way more acreage, offering more space to enjoy the grounds.

4. Polo Beach Club

   

This exclusive oceanfront condominium on Polo Beach offers units with stunning sunset views. Polo Beach Club was constructed in 1982 and is made of solid concrete. There are 71 units with three different floor plans, one- and two-bedroom units, and living spaces ranging from 1186 to 1321 square feet.

Polo Beach Club is a very popular island destination zoned to allow short-term vacation rentals. Its proximity to Fairmont Kea Lani and other luxury resorts makes it one of the best Makena oceanfront condos for sale. I sold unit 804, a penthouse corner unit with incredible ocean views.
