Wailuku Maui hit a 12-month high with a median price range of Now 2023 $1,100,000., compared to a Maui County Median price of $1,200,000,000 island-wide, excluding resort communities. Last month there were 29 homes sold in the Wailuku area, a pretty hot market. So far this year there have been sold 225 single family home, over double the number of homes sold in Kihei Maui.
