So you want to sell your home in Maui. So what can I do to sell my Maui home or condo?  Pricing your home to current sales in the last three months is really important.  On a strong market, you might have to watch market sales on a weekly basis. Have your Maui Realtor do a comparable marketing analysis of homes recently sold.  You might also think about getting an early appraisal.

I would also recommend getting an early home inspection.  This will save you time so your buyer has full disclosure.  You can also attack the repair list from the home inspection and get the house in top shape for your showing. You can also list any defects if you want to use an AS-IS Addendum.  I would also recommend getting the termite inspection done during your inspection period so that there are no late disclosures late in the game to kill the deal
