Just Sold Wailea Ekahi Village 39C, Wailea Resort Maui

Just Sold Wailea Ekahi 39C in Wailea Resort.

Wailea Ekahi oceanfront development offers life on the beach in Wailea. What is so nice about Wailea Ekahi Village, is you’re within walking distance to the beach. Wailea beaches are some of the most pristine beaches you could find anywhere in the world.

Unit 39C is a two-bedroom, two-bath, completely remodeled condominium. All the work has been done. Beautifully furnished, with upgraded finishes making it the perfect place to call home.  Wailea Ekahi is an excellent choice if you’re looking for vacation rental property.

We listed Wailea Ekahi unit 39C for $2,200,000 and sold it for full price. Being a downstairs unit with excellent ocean views and a green beltway for a front yard makes this the perfect island getaway.

Wailea is the perfect community for island living. With over 1500 acres, a planned development offering world-class hotels, luxury homes, and condominiums. You also have two beautifully groomed golf courses and Wailea Tennis Club. You need to explore all the fine dining establishments in Wailea and shop at The Shops at Wailea.

What really makes Wailea Makena such a world-class destination is the perfect weather year-round and golden beaches. Wailea Makena has some of the best beaches to be seen anywhere in the world. In winter time the whales migrate from Alaska in December and return to Alaska in April. We also have amazing Hawaiian sunsets that keep people returning to Wailea Resort year-round.

If you have questions about buying or selling real estate in Wailea Makena, give me a call.
